Existing subscribers keep their locked price while the subscription stays active. Sign in with the email address associated with that subscription.
Cancellation and refunds
If direct installation is not right for you, email autobuyerforneopets@gmail.com to cancel and request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, or a full refund if your subscription was started in the last 60 days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 days, depending on your bank.
